Unless the offer terms printed on the voucher state otherwise, you can return any product that you purchased through Offerlik within 3 days of delivery, original shipping charges are not refundable on items returned due to customer preference / change of opinion. After 3 days of delivery, all items purchased through Offerlik are non-refundable and all sales are final.

Vouchers:

You Should always use your voucher with the merchant that issued it before the offer expiration date, after expiration date the offer cannot be redeemed. In addition, any unused Vouchers may be returned to us within the 2 days of purchase (as long as the offer is not expired) for a refund. After this Two-day period (or in case the offer was expired), Offerlik will not refund any voucher and all sales are final, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the offer printed on the voucher.

Cancellation of orders should be made within 24 hours of payment. otherwise it will be considered as return and will follow return policy conditions.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
